  • Families and Individuals. Most people immigrate to the United States through family relationships, or because they have certain specialized skills. We handle all family-based petitions (adjustments of status and consular processing), employer sponsors, and self-directed efforts to immigrate (VAWA, U visas, and national interest waivers). We also routinely help people with extraordinary ability to lawfully live and work in the United States (O and P visas).
  • Business Immigration and Employment. We help domestic and international companies with immigration and corporate compliance issues, we conduct and defend DHS I-9 audits, and we help employers implement worksite enforcement compliance programs. We also help companies with foreign labor needs, including H-1B visas for professionals, H-2B visas for temporary employees,  H-2A visas for agricultural workers, and general labor certification (PERM) programs.
