Alejandro Solorio

Mr. Solorio is a partner in the law firm of Solorio & Avila Law Firm, LLC. Mr. Solorio is a 1999 graduate of Washburn University School of Law. After graduating from law school, Mr. Solorio worked with the California Rural Legal Assistance (CRLA) handling labor law issues affecting migrant farm-workers. Prior to his work at CRLA, Mr. Solorio worked with Advocates for Legal Equality (ABLE) in their farm-worker program.

Mr. Solorio was formerly an associate attorney for the McCrummen Immigration Law Group, and a staff attorney with California Rural Legal Assistance, where he provided legal counseling for migrant farm-workers in the California Central Valley. He interned with the Advocates for Basic Legal Equality-Migrant Farm-worker Project, the Kansas Advisory Committee on Hispanic Affairs, and the Mexican American Legal Defense & Educational Fund (MALDEF) in San Francisco, California. Mr. Solorio’s current practice is focused primarily in family, removal, naturalization and business visas.

Attorneys Alejandro Solorio & Janell Avila practice exclusively in the area of immigration law which allows for active involvement on a daily basis in every aspect of immigration law in order to better serve our clients. This means, we don’t practice in all types of legal matters so that we can stay focused on immigration law only.
