New H-1B Procedures Take Effect In 2020

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has made a number of changes to the H-1B visa lottery process beginning in 2020.
Among the notable changes are that petitioners must electronically register each H 1-B visa petition that they want to submit, as well as pay a $10 fee for each registration made.
